Build Your Workforce With JobsOhio Technician Path

The new JobsOhio Technician Path helps employers develop skilled technicians while receiving up to $10,000 per eligible employee who progresses through an approved training pathway.

The program can support both current employees and new hires participating in earn-and-learn opportunities.

TechCred Returns October 1st

The next TechCred application period runs from 9 a.m. October 1 through 3 p.m. October 30.

TechCred helps employers pay for short-term credentials that build employees' technical skills.

What's the difference between the Technician Path and TechCred?

TechCred focuses on short-term credentials, while JobsOhio Technician Path supports longer-term development toward a highly skilled technician role.
