Quality Plastics Expands to Support Continued Growth

Quality Plastics, located in southeastern Wayne County, is investing in its future with a significant facility expansion, adding 31,500 square feet and doubling the size of its operation to a total of 63,000 square feet. The $3.08 million investment will primarily add warehouse space, allowing the company to increase production capacity within its existing facility.

A dynamic and growing manufacturer specializing in high-precision plastic injection molding, Quality Plastics serves the North American market with expertise spanning product development, engineering, prototyping, and manufacturing. Its facility houses a wide range of molding equipment—from 55 to 1300 tons—capable of producing components across a variety of materials and specifications.

Construction on the expansion began in the fourth quarter of 2025, with final inspection anticipated in the second quarter of 2026.

The expansion comes at a time of strong business growth, with increased demand driven in part by shifts in global supply chains. Quality Plastics has seen new opportunities as companies look to source molds domestically rather than overseas, positioning the company for continued success.
