Kevin Ungerer

Wayne County Farm Bureau

Kevin Ungerer joins the WEDC Advisory Council with deep agricultural and community leadership experience. A first-generation farmer, he raises beef cattle, grows crops, and operates a custom hay-wrapping business serving the region. Born and raised in southern Wayne County, Kevin also serves as President of the Wayne County Farm Bureau, a Franklin Township trustee, and a Director on the Wayne County Land Reutilization Corporation (WCLRC) Board.

Mike Mariola

Mike Mariola Restaurants

Local restaurateur Mike Mariola brings more than 20 years of hospitality and entrepreneurial leadership to the WEDC. As founder of Mike Mariola Restaurants, he has helped grow a dynamic dining scene in Wayne County while employing over 140 people. His Q&A highlights his career path, passion for community, and commitment to supporting the local hospitality sector.

Mayor Arnold


Rittman’s new mayor brings a strong background in service and leadership, shaped by military experience and a long career with the Department of Veterans Affairs. Rooted in the local community, he is focused on collaboration, economic development, and strengthening Wayne County through his role on the WEDC Board.
