New JobsOhio Relocation Incentive Now Available

The new JobsOhio Relocation Incentive (JORI) provides $15,000 per out-of-state hire (up to $225,000 per company) for eligible businesses bringing STEM or technical talent to Ohio. Funds can be used flexibly for relocation, recruitment, or signing bonuses, giving companies a powerful tool to strengthen workforce efforts.
