A recent expansion at their Rittman facility marks their next phase of innovation.

This month, we recognize Rich Owens, retiring Director of Wayne County Job and Family Services, for his 18 years of outstanding public service. From launching innovative case models to advising on economic development, Rich has left an indelible mark on our community. We wish him all the best in retirement, and plenty of time with his grandson and martial arts training!
